The parameter compare window is opened from the group area by a right click on a parameter group.



In the compare window each parameter is compared to a stored parameter value. The results is shown in a table. The columns are described as following:

ID / SubID

Each parameter has an individual identifier. Some parameters are a filed of up to 256 values, which are distinguished by the sub-identifier.

Name

The name of the parameter.

WP

if this write protect (WP) flag is set, the parameter can not be written in the actual access-level.

Equal

In this column the equality is shown. if the stored value and the actual value is equal, the line is green and a = is written in this column. If the values are not equal a <> is written and the line is orange.

actual Value / saved Value

In this columns the actual and the saved value is written.

Filter

A filter can be applied to all parameters with the following options:

=        If this button is enabled, all parameters with equal values are shown.

<>        If this button is enabled, all parameters with non equal values are shown.

WP        If this button is enabeld, all write rpotected parameters are shown. Normally the write protected parameters are measurement values, and are not relevant in parameter set comparisons.

!        If this button is enabled, all parameters are shown, that are not present in one of the two parameter sets. This can happen, if the two parameter sets are of different versions of software and in between parameters were deleted or added.
